Mike Pence: “President Trump asked me to put him over the Constitution…
I really do believe that anyone who puts themself over the Constitution should never be president of the US.”

obama tried his best to do so. He wanted to replace it with a new one.
It wouldn't surprise me if Pence endorses Trump in the near future. Like most politicians, party comes first for him and Republicans have demonstrated unequivocally that they want Trump - regardless of how he respects the Constitution.
I don't think Obama's alleged constitutional violations are of relevance for the 2024 election as Trump's opponent will be someone else.
“The Constitution is clear: Section IV Article 4 says the federal government “shall protect each of [the states] against Invasion,” said Rep. Arrington. “When the federal government fails to fulfill this constitutional duty, Article 1 Section 10 expressly guarantees states the sovereign power to repel an invasion and defend their citizenry from overwhelming and “imminent danger.” This resolution affirms that states don’t have to be passive victims of this Administration’s border security failures; rather, they should exercise their sovereign, constitutional right to defend themselves and their citizens.”
So, Biden should not be POTUS, did anyone mention that? Biden has tried to do everything in his power to stop TX from exercising their rights as a state when the federal government fails to do so.

When did he say this?
Oh wait - he didn't.
More Obama delusion.
Trump, on the other hand, clearly tried to bypass the Constitution and overturn the election. Not sure why anyone would argue otherwise, regardless of whether or not they agreed with the idea that Biden did not win the election. The Constitution makes it very clear how the post-election process works.

Trump challenged it in court. Something illegal about that?
If Trump is qualified under the Constitution, who are you to say he cannot be President?.... Aren't you trying to put your preferences above the Constitution?

No, he called up Brad Raffensperger and said (among other things):
"So look. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have because we won the state."
That's not simply challenging the result in court. That is browbeating the elected Secretary of State to change the election in your favor.
That is criminal. Criminality is illegal. That is what Fani Willis is attempting to (rightfully) prosecute him for, but unfortunately her own arguably unethical behavior has made that much more difficult. But I'm not going to go back and forth and argue about why that call was criminal, some will justify it until the end of the earth. But I consider that type of behavior where you cannot accept the results of the election and try to get the SoS to overturn it in your favor, putting ones self above the Constitution.
