None other than the architect of the "Green Bay sweep", who confessed to his crimes on MSNBC. The Sweep which was to be quarterbacked by Mike Pence, who took the snap and spiked the ball, killing the play and ending the game!

Isn't Navarro in jail? I guess that's a plus for republicans now if have spent time in jail, or prison.
