Not me, the last thing I'd like to see is them being thrifty or caring about a budget. Who wants to see the McCains acting like average people? That would be good pr for him.

Seriously, I think the McCains should spend their own money any way they wish. But that doesn't change the fact that his attitude towards money is not something I want in a president.

You pretty much stated the issue.

How will they spend OTHER peoples money, just because Obama has $200K in a college fund for their children, does not mean that he isnt willing to spend our money.

Ahh, its the liberals responsibility to tell people how they can spend their own money because its not fair that they have more then you..

Never saw Normie telling McCain anything.....the silly trick of twisting posts when there is no good argument.

The whole CC thing proves McCain's attitude torwards money.....

Personally I have no credit card debt because I know how to manage money....I expect the president to be able to do that , too.....

Wrong....

and it would take up a whole hard drive on the cd.com server to try to explain to you why its wrong, and when I'm done, you'll still be scratching your head, blaming big business and others for your problems, so I'm not going to waste my time.

Yeah, but those who'll try to convince you otherwise will try to use some fancy shell game to do so.

Revolving personal CC debt is NO good if you supposedly have a high income like the McCains claim to.

No need to take up a whole hard drive on the cd.com server. Why don't you just post a few links explaining your position?

Actually, ignoring inflationary issues (and I think McCain's comment was somewhat tongue-in-cheek), why do you think a zero fed rate would be a bad thing?
