Funny how this thread got resurfaced. Yes I did get my yard sign, but not for free. They were out of free merchandise, a good sign for my guy.

I'm not embarrassed for wanting a free sign. So go and laugh, laugh laugh.... We'll see who gets the last laugh in November.

The Dallas Morning News ran an article noting that BOTH campaigns are charging for yard signs this year.

I found a website that charges $4.99 per sign. If you do a search and include the amount you'll most likely find it.

You must be mistaken. I came upon this thread, today, out of the blue. I was quoting on someone who previously left a response to your original. I'm on your side Obama - ALL the way. I was just amazed by the ignorance in this thread! That's all. Sorry if you took my quote offensively, but it wasn't directed toward you in any way.

I came on here innocently asking a question and got bombarded with insults. So I said, forget you people, I'm not coming here anymore. Well, the election season has me all fired up and so I sheepishly came back.

Get used to it. Pay for a sign and then get ready to pay more taxes if he wins.

So will your children and grandchildren.

But don't let that bother you.

Back on topic, you can usually get his signs for free at his local headquarters. Although twenty dollars now is a lot cheaper than it's going to be if we extend Bush's casino economy another four years.

God, I hate the whole "pay more taxes" thing. First of all, I am in America, I expect to pay taxes. We still pay less in taxes than other nations. I LIKE paying taxes. I LIKE when my city, state, country uses my taxes to educate, fix roads, and help the downtrodden. And like the other person said, it's a fallacy to think that taxes won't go up with the Republicans. It will. That's life.

Joe Biden says it's very patriotic (and sexy, I guess) to pay taxes.

Find the local Dem HQ and walk in and ask for some lawn signs. They are giving them away. it would also be appreciated if you gave the party a contribution or offer some time. Political campaigns are always short of both.
