We were talking about this at work this morning and the majority of my coworkers didn't even know what the presidential seal looks like so I'm doubting this will that big of a deal. I had to screen shot his next to the real one so they could see the differences and then the response was "oh okay" I think the news is thinking people are far more knowledgable then they really are.
Wait, you have not seen what all he is going to do.
He will change the American Flag too, stop all pledges to it and change it to show 57 states like he thinks there are.
How sad is this guy. Change -- sure he is going to change things, all for the worse.
Well we all know HI won't have a star on that flag, huh, Sunshine? Actually they probably won't even be stars - it'll probably be circles or maybe octagons.

I'd imagine the Secretary of State would have more import and say so than CNN and would be more interested if they made an assertion. Other than that this is just more garbage tossed in the wind and who cares. His seal has none but two of the critical design features of the Great Seal. The Eagle as it looks towards peace (the Olive Branch) and the 13 Arrows of the Colonies.
Well, CNN is now reporting that the "seal" has disappeared from Obama's campaign. Perhaps someone informed him that mimicking the presidential seal just isn't done and it's tacky, or a lawyer advised him to ditch it. Replacing "E pluribus unum" with the Latin equivalent of "Yes we can" is just a glaring representation of how insipid his campaign is.
