That's a Dick Morris propaganda piece you're linking to there. One with no cites, no reference, no reason to make this claim, right in keeping with a proud tradition. Just looking at the article I could tell he had glommed onto the number "47 million" uninsured and figured he was lumping in the illegal adults into that number. So I went to look for one, and right away found this:
"In reality, Obama’s 47 million figure came from the U.S. Census Bureau (http://www.census.gov/Press-Release/www/releases/archives/health_care_insurance/009789.html - broken link) (it has since revised the figure down to about 45 million) which counts about 9 million of the uninsured as “non-citizens.” Presumably, a significant chunk of those 9 million are legal residents. So one wonders where Morris got his numbers from. Furthermore, Obama’s health care plan speaks of “Providing affordable, comprehensive and portable health coverage for every American” (my emphasis). Nowhere is there mention of providing coverage for anyone else. There is no mention of providing health care to immigrants in Obama’s immigration platform, either."

Obama WANTS open borders and a chaotic Socialist healthcare system to include illegals. See that way Americans would be wholly dependant on the government for healthcare and would NOT get any healthcare because of the illegals, so that Americans would ahve to vote for more liberals who will promisse to "fix the chaos in the healthcare system".
This is one of the oldest liberal ploys: create a system of dependency, make it chaotic, promisse to fix it. It's a never ending cycle.

What's the GOA?
Morris cited as proof, "(Obama's) statistic, 45-50 million, includes 10 to 12 million illegal immigrants.” Actually, according to the US Census Bureau (page 21), it includes about 9 million non-citizens. I could not find any information about how many of those were illegal non-citizens.
“Illegal immigrants are not Americans,” Colmes said. “I don't read into that that he's going to give health care to illegal immigrants.”
