He has dropped out of the VP race so it is now between him and the residents of Louisiana. He still can be a consultant for McCain and help him exorcise the gaffe demons out.

What we don't know can't hurt him: Tim Pawlenty's adventures in closed government - Minnesota Independent: News. Politics. Media.

May as put this out there in case Pawlenty gets the nod. Some of the parts about public disclosure of government records sounds like Cheney 2.

Jindal is a rising star and very possibly has a great future. Right now he is doing an amazing job as Governor and he is needed in LA, a state that suffered terribly under the former Governor. I've heard for awhile that Jindal was not a likely candidate at this point in time.

As people are withdrawn from consideration, they announce they are where they want to be. That's how it's done. I'd hardly call it "pulling out", but good try.

Can you clarify which poster said pulling out? I said dropping out so I assume it isn't me.

However Fox news did say pulling out and if you mean my earlier thread I took it literally from Fox so anyone having a problem could challenge that liberal media publication for a nice try so to speak.
McCain Says No Decision Yet as Running Mate Speculation Spreads - America’s Election HQ
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal said Wednesday he will not run for vice president on the Republican ticket, adding himself to a growing number of those pulling themselves out of the running.

The use of the word pulling is from liberal Fox news so I know the legitimacy of what it says is questionable to McCain supporters. Thus if there is an issue with the use of the word pulling I can only offer as a defense that I visited the far left Fox News site and linked them as a source of reliable information.

You can ignore it if you wish but, on a national level, Jindal's belief in demons and exorcism could turn out to be a problem. Certainly, he would be the butt of numerous jokes and questions about..do we really want a VP or president who is that far out?

First of all he wasnt going to be chosen anyway.

Second of all, no experience running anything.

Same as Obama, we cannot afford for anyone to test drive this job and Jindal has some potential but he is light years away from even being close.

Besides, Newt will be the Pres in 2012.

Jindal would know how to exorcise them...for the Bible tells him so.
