The Media can barely contain their love for Obama!
Media seems to get worse every year.
Are we ever going to have a media that reports the facts and..
Leave personal feelings and political viewpoints at home?

RealClearPolitics - Articles - Media Love of Obama Doesn't Equal Victory

This is an article by one of my favorite libs.

She's right - what the media has created, they can destroy as well.

I can't help wondering if Tangodoodles disagrees that the media is in love with Obama or whether he/she feels that the media is within their rights to wear their hearts on their sleeves where Obama (or any other candidate) is concerned.

I would agree that opinion shows have every right to express their political beliefs. But news shows do not. When an anchor is delivering the news that's all that should be delivered ... shouldn't be a love fest over any candidate.

As to whether or not the media is in love with Obama, come on!!!! I'm at a point where I almost forgive Barack his arrogance. With everyone mooning over him, he can't help but get a swelled head.

Still, I have a feeling this all may come back to bite him in the backside. As someone said, those whom media has joined together, let no man put assunder.

Did I get that quote right? Not sure.

It's still pretty early in the race. He is not even the official candidate yet. It's a crush and it may turn into full fledged love, but considering that we are talking about "the media", I imagine the bloom will be off the rose for one reason or another and they will turn on him.

Then again, with people like Chrissy Mathews at the helm...this may go on forever. He is particularly stupid and tingling.

I don't blame the media for focusing on Obama. McCain's trying, but he's really not all that interesting to watch. He's like an infomercial advertising the wonders of Ginkoba. Informational and helpful sure, but rather boring and dry to the average viewer.

Obama on the other hand, well he's like the latest celebrity scandal, you just can't help but watch just to see what happens next.

First..."media" is a plural word

Use your common sense. Obama is bigger news than McCain. If something else were bigger news the media would cover that. There's plenty of Obama skepticism and bashing from every corner.

CBS put its license on the line editing to save McCain's reputation the other night. Doesnt that tell you something?
