this is a slippery slope for an obama supporter. he has given some of the most hollow speeches I have ever heard. everyone does it, and the two candidates we have are no different.
Not all speech are for depth, some are broad strokes, some are policy speeches.
Of course, for a while now, conservatives have tried to apply Obama’s broad message speeches as specific policy speeches, despite the fact that detailed policy information from Obama is available.
Now that the irrelevant part of this has been commented on, back to the subject. McCain, self-proclaimed expert of foreign policy despite being wrong on Iraq and a time line, is now apparently relying on no less than Wikipedia for basic information in relation to policy.
ah ah ah. republicans, not conservatives. remember, the last conservative to inhabit the white house was calvin coolidge. none of these clowns running are experts on anything except the art of deception, the only real talent you need to succeed in politics.

If there have only been Republicans and not conservatives, would you have to consider the conservative movement less than successful at gaining the trust of the American people?
