Governor Palin was a brilliant choice by Senator McCain.

So, try as you might, you will be unable to rain on our parade. Especially since McCain/Palin will be reigning in five short months after their inauguration parade. This is going to be great!

Yeah, it's going to be great knowing Bush is in office for 4 more years.

YAY! Can't wait. More high gas, bad economy, bigger deficit, and an inept world image!! YAY.

Bad economy? There were 52 consecutive months of job growth, even with the 9/11 attacks and two major hurricanes.
And a one-quarter GDP growth of over 7% back in 2004. The biggest GDP growth since 9.7% in 1984, and higher than at any time during Clinton's two terms.

Biden received fewer votes in the Dem primiaries this year than the population of Wasilla, Alaska, Palin's hometown.

Yes. Governors have cabinets, just like presidents, and they work with the legislature, just like presidents, so they're very similar. I mean any moron can be a congressperson.

It numbers 1,850 troops, plus another 1,600 in the air national guard.

114,000+ Alaskans voted for her as governor because of her qualifications.

Those qualifications include having been a city council member since 1992, and having twice elected for mayor.

Altogether, she has nearly 25 years of experience, it's more than Obama.

It would be the same as voting for someone who is black without considering his qualifications.

She actually has more political experience than Hillary, and unlike Hillary, she was a governor.

There's no reason why Hillary or Obama couldn't have run for governors of their states.
