Good luck trying to squeeze your energy needs out of that windmill. I believe McCain/Palin want to see it ALL done. So you want nuclear? Something obama is against. The transition to "clean" energy will be a long one - WHAT do you do in the meantime?

Having lived under the threat of Three Mile Island, I do not consider Nuclear actually clean

Yep, natural gas and fuel will last for ever. Good luck with that.

That isn't true - you are misinformed.

Obama: Nuclear power worth considering, not panacea | Reuters

He's for it, but he recognizes that we need a way to safely deal with the waste.

Ok, so why are you voting for Obama over McCain?

You think a senate and military leader will fail at these goals while a man that is all about a good performance, but possesses no substance will get this done.

Keep dreaming. Your best hope for any of those things is in McCain, not the inexperienced and highly worshipped Obama.

Exactly, then it may or not be a viable situation, but nevada has deemed it too risky

Having worked with military officers for more than 15 years, good men and women, I think they are too sheltered from the civilian world to really get it. Add to that the Washington years and wealth handed to him, I just do not see where John McCain is part of the middle class struggle.

Sounds great, but just how are we going to pay for this? Just who will be in charge of deciding who gets what care where and by what doctor? Will drs or beurocrats get to decide which treatments are cost effective and for whom? Finally, the government is not exactly known for getting things done is a streamlined fashion --- red tape, anyone?
Freedom to practice or not practice a religion vs Judeo Christian nation
I am with you on that, but had no idea mccain was going to make everyone chose between christianity and judism.
Immigration reform that protects families vs criminalizaton of individuals not businesses
Ah, open the border and let everybody in especially if they had the presense of mind to give birth on us soil. Well, mccain is on board with that as well, so thats a wash.

Yep, again, sounds great and if I am not mistaken both candidates are planning on this. Of course, W should have been all over this as well as Clinton before him. Or how about the genius' in the congress and senate? What have they been doing for the last oh, 12, 8, 4, 2 years? Not a whole hell of a lot that we see in our day to day lives as americans that's for sure!
