Well since her speech mentioned 0% policy layout, only sweeping generalizations... so I guess there's nothing lost on summerization. It's not as if she came out and proposed an end to social security, or how her and McCain were going to increase jobs and eliminate outsourcing.
It was a great speech for republicans... it was a devisive speech for America. And if the GOP are pinning their hopes for a real resurgence of leadership in the Republican Party to a clean, fresh faced, pagent contestant, and hockey mom with a pre-packaged acceptance speech then it really show how bad the GOP is in tatters right now. I imagine Barry Goldwater is doing backflips in his grave.
is it really wise with the major problems with energy innovation, global warming, technological advances in communications, industry, and energy to elect a person who thinks humans have no influence on climate change and that the earth is only 6000 years old? does electing a person with these views make any sense?? do you want your children going to schools which do not think science education is serious business?

Well, as you either know as someone who was once a teen or as a parent, you can do your best to raise kids and things still happen, again just makes her more relateable to regular folk out there dealing with the same issues!
I think Barack Obama is more like Bill Clinton, imo. He is more like Bill than Hillary is. Since Hillary is only Bill's spouse and not genetically related, it's not like Bush Sr. and Jr.
The pattern I see is more like this:
1976 1992 2008 (16 year cycles in which a Democrat is elected president)
