i was fearing another "righteous invasion" of another country or a giant smear campaign but i dont think they will need it. wrapping yourself up in the flag and talking about the PTA seems to work, american don't lack intelligence, but americans are fiercely loyal (reminiscent of berlin 1938).

I hope there wont be another terriost attack before the 2008 election, assuring John Mccain of an easy victory.

If a terrorist attack would most likely swing people to vote Republican....wouldn't this suggest that the majority of America feels more safe with Republicans in office?

That's what I thought the poster was saying. Makes good sense to me. I wouldn't feel safe having a terrorist attack under Obama as pres. I honestly feel we would be sitting ducks...again.

Soooo, what you are suggesting is that a terrorist attack on Obama's watch would be a good thing? How about no attacks ever again? What an amusing post.
