A senior McCain campaign official advises that, despite the gaggle of requests and pressure from the media, Gov. Sarah Palin won't submit to a formal interview anytime soon. She may take some questions from local news entities in Alaska, but until she's ready -- and until she's comfortable -- which might not be for a long while -- the media will have to wait. The campaign believes it can effectively deal with the media's complaints, and their on-the-record response to all this will be: "Sarah Palin needs to spend time with the voters."

LOL, if she is not ready for interviews, then how the hell is she ready to be VP?

She's going to individually talk to every voter in America - just like she did in Wasilla when she recieved 616 votes.

That's about the same # of votes Biden received in the primaries! Good job Sarah.

I don't see how it's relevant but, IIRC, Biden received 76,165 votes in the primaries.

616<76,165

That is another lie from the GOP.

FORMER ARKANSAS GOV. MIKE HUCKABEE: Palin "got more votes running for mayor of Wasilla, Alaska than Joe Biden got running for president of the United States."
THE FACTS: A whopper. Palin got 616 votes in the 1996 mayor's election, and got 909 in her 1999 re-election race, for a total of 1,525. Biden dropped out of the race after the Iowa caucuses, but he still got 76,165 votes in 23 states and the District of Columbia where he was on the ballot during the 2008 presidential primaries.
Fact Checking the RNC | End * on * End

I know you republicans don't like the facts but....

Well politics, possibly leading the free world, fixing a country in an absolute mess should always be a comfortable experience.

The sexism going on here is completely unbelievable. Women are not delicate eggs that need to be protected and handled with care. If Palin is an equal, then treat her like one.
