Courtney Hazlett over at MSNBC's "The Scoop" is reporting that thousands of "Us Weekly" subscribers have not only called the magazine to cancel their subscriptions -- some reports say up to 10,000 cancellations have occurred -- but have also contacted advertisers and expressed their outrage that they are advertising with the celebrity news magazine that would so blatantly try to destroy Governor Palin.
Good, I think more people should take stands like this against media that does not remail objective and outright lies about people. MSNBC and CNN need a taste of this also.
Ha, yea whatever. The right wing always tries to create some sort of "ramifications" for going against the GOP current. 98 percent of the time it's nothing more than a big fat lie. Just like the latest Oprah thing, and the Dixie Chicks years ago.

They do this crap to every candidate and she is no different than the rest of the group they drag through the mud. Like Hillary said.... if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. But I thought she was a pitbull with lipstick on waiting for a fight? This is just the beginning and I am sure there will be more. It's just the unpleasant part of politics.
The republicans have a habit of using the persecution complex. They use is with Christianity, with the false premise of "liberal media" and "liberal colleges." It's all about rallying the base with fear, and anger that they are "being picked on."
