Since it is on CNN, we can expect the worst. Palin will be mocked as the anti-Christ, some lunatic "bitter American clinging to her religion" (according to Obama) and CNN will have 5 liberals smacking the pastor down from all sides. It will be typical.

No, Palin is Pentecostal. She believes that God can heal, but believe in normal medicine. My aunt is extremely Pentecostal (from the Assemblies of God, like Palin) and she takes prescription meds for pain.

Neither McCain nor Palin has been trying to "hide" or "cover up" her religion or church. Her pastor is very willingly going on the air to speak about her church...with her blessings. There are different levels and branches of the Pentecostal/Assembly of God Church, just as there are with other denominations. I am a Southern Baptist (formerly Episcopalian - go figure), but our church does not scream, wave our arms around, lay hands, etc. as some forms of the Baptist faith do. We all believe in the same God, but just wish to worship differently. Nothing wrong with that.
