Capitalism will not work if you tax them out of business.
I agree with you, let them go out of business.
It is time that only those who work hard, earn a great credit score and take personal responsibility get any type of loans.

Yeah, all the bad mortgage brokers are republicans and it's their fault. It's that simple.

Phil Gramm: McCain’s “Econ Brain,” who called America “a nation of whiners” in a “mental recession,” former Senator Gramm was behind the Commodity Futures Modernization Act and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. The former made legal “the mortgage swaps distancing the originator of the loan from the ultimate collector,” while the latter “destroyed the Depression-era barrier to the merger of stockbrokers, banks and insurance companies.” As The Nation wrote, “those two acts effectively ended significant regulation of the financial community.”
How ironic it is that McCains' economic advisor, who is the likely the main culprit ( one could argue Alan Greenspan was the number one also) behind this financial crisis.
And now they are asking for your vote?? People wonder if this country is going down the tubes?? What does this tell you if this guy is polling 50%????
You think a healthy, thriving country would even consider these turds??..................... They'd be laughed of the stage.

I never thought I would ever see those words come from your fingers. I am going to bookmark this page, and look at it every so often to remember the time in which we agreed

OMG you are in deep trouble.
You need to take a break and get a job or something.
Isn't it funny that most realtors on this board are liberals by there postings?
Did you miss that?
Look around, so if I use your analysis then the realtors on this board are at fault because they KNEW the homes were over priced, they KNEW these people could not afford these home and they KNEW this was a bad loan but allowed to let this loan go through.
So for me, using your thought, it has been the liberal realtors with no moral values who allowed these losers to get loans they should not have.
I can hang with you anytime.
Damn Liberal Realtors anyway.

Where did you notice this or are you making stuff up again?
Mortgage brokers USED to be Democrates until they realize that the democrats don't know anything about laws, and are only protecting their friends who work in the banks.
Go to the mortgage forum, and you would see that brokers are now becoming Republicans.
