WASHINGTON - John McCain's campaign says the Republican is picking up the support of a top Hillary Clinton fundraiser and member of the Democratic National Committee's Platform Committee.

Lynn Forester de Rothschild has said she thinks Democratic nominee Barack Obama is arrogant and has a problem connecting with average Americans.

Rothschild is a member of the DNC's Democrats Abroad chapter and splits her time living in London and New York. She was one of Clinton's top fundraisers, bringing in more than $100,000 for her presidential campaign. She built a multimillion-dollar telecommunications company before marrying international banker Sir Evelyn de Rothschild.

Rothschild plans to announce her support for McCain on Wednesday in Washington.

Many Hillary supporters are now backing McCain. Not shocking. I still plan to write in Hillary.

In an interview with CNN this summer, Forester did not hide her distaste for eventual Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.

“This is a hard decision for me personally because frankly I don't like him,” she said of Obama in an interview with CNN’s Joe Johns. “I feel like he is an elitist. I feel like he has not given me reason to trust him.”
Welcome all. Come to the light.

As I have said all along, the last thing Hilldabeast wants to see, is an Obama victory. That would ruin her chances for a run at the white house.
They played the good children with their speeches, but they will do every underhanded Clinton thing they can think of to make sure Obama doesn't win, so beastie can run next term. If Dumbo wins, she can't run for eigth more years, which puts her right up there in age... She wants to rule the world today, not in eight years, or more than likely 16 more years, after John and Sarah finish their two terms each...

Oh and BTW. McCain can't have any more money. He's on the Government teet for 84 Mil from here on out. No more no less.
