"Contacted" doesn't mean he did it. He may be contacted because he was one who uploaded them to various sites, but there's no determination yet. They need to find who actually broke into her account, not who distributed the emails.

Based on the background, it was a kid's stunt that went too far. I doubt his father's party affiliation had anything to do with it. He simply went to yahoo and said he's forgotten the password. Palin's security question was "What high school did you attend?" That and her zip code was all that was needed. It's not exactly rocket science.

I suppose that's technically true. Still, it won't matter seeing as he's the son of a Democrat.

He's not a "kid," so he should know better. He's 20 and a college student. Hopefully a campus organizer for Obama.

I'm sorry, a 20 year old is still a kid. If he does turn out to be an Obama supporter, that in itself is enough justification to claim insanity.

I've got a 20-year-old son in college. It's amazing -- when it comes to staying out late, going to parties, taking road trips, etc., he insists he's a MAN! But when it comes to paying bills and taking responsibility, he insists he's still a KID. But the important thing is that he's over 18 and I'm not responsible for whatever he does or doesn't do, LOL.

But you're right, grounds for insanity. Even my 20-year-old isn't an Obama supporter!
