Of course he should be prosecuted in some huge show-trial. So we can continue to express fake outrage over the minor event here. Let's do everything we can to hide the fact that Palin was hiding state business from her constituents.

Let the circus begin!

You sounld like a big stickler for law and order. Are you for investigating the Bush Administration for illegally wiretapping US citizens in the name of "national security"??

Yes, all hackers should be prosecuted, regardless of the scope of the crime.

Of course he should! It is a felony. If someone did this to Obama people would want blood!! And if someone did this to Obama, he should be hauled off to jail as well.
How would you like this to happen to you. Anyone surprised this was a democrat??

If someone hacked Obama's personal e-mail the left wing privacy advocates would be screaming for the hacker's head on a plate.

Like the Pubs are now.

It isn't an issue of whether or not we should know about Palin's idiocy (we already knew...this is just confirmation), and the issue isn't whether it was a Dem, a Republican or a skinhead. I am no McCain/Palin fan and am not voting for them, but yes. Hacking is a crime no matter who does it to whom. So yeah, unfortunately, there is really no option BUT to prosecute.

So sit back, Pubs, and take a Xanax and have some nice cocoa...there there, you'll get your blood. Hopefully FOX will cover it so that it can be extra-sensationalist. Maybe they'll have a tie-in between "Who Wants to Marry a Hacker?" and "Gynecologist Swap" or whatever other idiocy they like to air.
