McCain is looking more & more like a fool [his campaign is drawing criticism by many GOP operatives/commentators like the Wall Street Journal who called McCain an idiot today. Damn!

*yawn* SS would have been fine - the privatization would have been invested mostly in the stock market and backed by the government. Look at the stock market. Where it's at RIGHT NOW is exactly where it was at the start of the week. The future costs of SS still need to be fixed, or just tell me now - make it so everyone under 30 who have plenty of time left to work and save for retirement - that we'll have to opt out of it. I'll sacrifice everything I've contributed to not have to deal with it anymore, considering nothing will be there when I'm a senior anyway. Bring back FDR's *optional* Social Security if the rest of the nation wants it.

McCain was cleared in the Keating 5. Read up on history you lefty whacks.

And to try and wash the Dems hands clean of this when they are neck deep in it is nothing short of a joke.

Your boy Obama is the #2 receiver of donations from Freddie and Fannie and is intimately tied to those who are at the root of the mortgage crisis. He's no saint, he's just a puppet on strings with a bunch of rabid moonbat followers who think he is god.

I will be so happy when Obama is gone and is just another Kerry/Gore/loser dem who had the election handed to them on a platter and then lost it with their socialist garbage.

Obama was the first Dem I've ever considered voting for, but after reading much of his book and having to put up with the constant media masturbation over him, I've grown to dislike him almost as much as I dislike Gore.

I agree, I'd rather the government need to bail out a few companies (because they caused the problem) then have the government need to bail out the SS mess. Its TRILLIONS in the hole.. but dont worry.. The Democrats have a plan to double the hole..
