If the Republican victory was a repudation against Obama, O'Donnel's loss was a repudation against Palin. I think O'Donnel's big loss pretty much killed Palin's chances at a run for 2012. As a Democrat, I'm disappointed, however, I don't think Republicans are fools. She has been and always will be a cheerleader on the sidelines.
