Very very bad future for the USA ...
The USA are losing their economic power and therefore their claim for being leaders of the world. This role that the US used to play is already been replaced by Soith-east Asia and India. The Irak war has become open ended and the continuously high oil prices are preventing a quick recovery of the free market economcies. The US are being whip-lashed between foundamental right conservative and slightly liberal thinking. The dollar is losing its value and is being replaced by the Euro as the leading world currency. Said differently, the US are facing their own power challenge – what to do if you are no longer the number 1 in the world and more skeletons are coming out of the closet, like the deteriorating energy industry. A team Mccain and Palin would be even more dangerous than Bush, as they are war mongers and this combined with the incompetence and ignorance of these candidates. Obama-Biden are at least a bit more sensitive in my eyes and this will be very important for the leadership of the US in the next few years.
What do you think will happen if China and Russia start forming a closer relationship ? perhaps Iran and Russia ?
the War Georgia/South-Ossetien/Russia .. was maked by USA ..
But this whole development is the result of the politics of the past 8 years.
. but I think , that the normal American cannot understand this ..
