No wonder Obama wanted to stay removed from the bailout. The media has certainly avoided the ACORN ties.

Obama has been closely involved with ACORN for a very long time.

This is an article from late May 2008.

Quote:
What if Barack Obama’s most important radical connection has been hiding in plain sight all along? Obama has had an intimate and long-term association with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (Acorn), the largest radical group in America. ....... Yet because Acorn works locally, in carefully selected urban areas, its national profile is lower. Acorn likes it that way. And so, I’d wager, does Barack Obama.

....... the larger point is that Obama’s ties to Acorn — arguably the most politically radical large-scale activist group in the country — are wide, deep, and longstanding. If Acorn is adept at creating a non-partisan, inside-game veneer for what is in fact an intensely radical, leftist, and politically partisan reality, so is Obama himself.

It's about time the media is catching up on the ACORN issue. As Hannity said this evening, how many MORE radical groups is Obama going to be tied to? The GOP needs to do a better job of connecting the dots. The picture that emerges isn't pretty.

Here's even more about the cozy relationships Dems had with Fannie Mae:

Sorry...folks, there are no innocents in this financial mess. They are all to blame -Dems and Repubs!

And look at all those nutjob sources you cite. No, you probably won't see it in MSM--and you better hope that you don't, because if they decide to air the connection between right-wing McCain supporters and their paranoia about ACORN, it will expose how utterly insane they are. And--oops--there goes the election for McCain.
