The 13-11 split is pretty close to 12-12. Polls show that Biden did better - the photos represent this reality. Using "overwhelmingly" is an overwhelming stretch.

Looks like a fair enough count and probably quite representative of the American public.
Since I'm a Republican, I thought Sarah Palin did a great job, but actually Biden debated very well and is very likable person.

Soledad should not have said "overwhelmingly" prematurely before both sides were counted. After both counts, she did say that Biden won by a "significant" margin, which is fine.

13/24 = 54% That's considered a landslide in election terms.
