McCain has poor judgment and does not have the ability to run
this country especially in times of a financial crisis.
This video clearly shows that.
I hope all of America has the opportunity to be reminded of
McCain's link's to this and his very poor judgment. He obviously
should not be anywhere near the White House.

Charles Keating - convicted felon, close personal and business friend of John McCain

The House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct said that it too lacked jurisdiction, because McCain was no longer in the House.
Not everyone was satisfied with the Senate Ethics Committee conclusions. Fred Wertheimer, president of Common Cause, which had initially demanded the investigation, thought the treatment of the senators far too lenient. One of the San Francisco bank regulators felt that McCain had gotten off too lightly, saying that Keating's business involvement with Cindy McCain was an obvious conflict of interest.
On October 6, 2008, the Keating Five scandal, its possible parallel to the subprime mortgage crisis and liquidity crisis of September 2008, and specifically the role in the scandal of Republican presidential nominee McCain, were reintroduced into public political discourse.

Another misstatement ... McCain was a close "personal" friend with Keating who lavished the McCains with expensive vacations abroad, flew the McCains on his private jet, etc.

In mid-September The Nation's website published a photo of McCain celebrating his seventieth birthday in Montenegro in August 2006 at a yacht party hosted by convicted Italian felon Raffaello Follieri.
Despite rampant Russophobia among Republicans, [Russia's top billionaire, Putin loyalist, and organized crime figure] Deripaska turned to powerful GOP figures to solve his problem--especially to Republicans connected with McCain. In 2003 Deripaska hired former presidential candidate Bob Dole, who had nearly picked McCain as his running mate, and Dole's lobbying partner Bruce Jackson (also a McCain aide) to lobby the State Department to overturn the visa ban, according to Glenn Simpson and Mary Jacoby of the Wall Street Journal. Over the next few years Dole's firm, Alston & Bird, was paid more than $500,000 to push for Deripaska's visa.

Yes, and according to CindyMcCain, the reason she became addicted to painkillers. It must not be very pleasant to be married to a man who associates with felons and frauds.
