It would be interesting if we could find the actual Kenyan laws on when a work permit is required and if this fell under that, and if they generally interpret/enforce it this way. |

If you would actually READ - you would see that I responded to the Yahoo news story on this thread and I have NEVER given credence to huffington - EVER. That is a fact. I respond if I can verify the story elsewhere.
