They aren't on drugs. All the right has to hang their hat on is delusion. Obama was never going to beat McCain, Sarah Palin was the right choice, Obama won, but he'd ruin the economy and we'd be in a depression by now, etc. etc. If you go back and read the posts of these people before he was elected you would be hard pressed to be convinced Obama is going to lose in 2012 and the GOP will take back the House and Senate in 2010.

The real issue is the GOP doesn't think like average Americans right now. Everyone always says, "The country is center-right." This is likely true. Also, it is true that Obama is on the left. Just because you are across the street from something doesn't mean you are further away from that location than those on the same side of the street. The left is closer to center-right than the right is. This is what the GOP fails to understand.

Okay, Obama is gone in 2012, you cripple the Democrats in 2010. Want to tell us what you policies you're going to support, what direction you want the country to go? It's easy to tear down people, but before you do, why don't you share with us what you're going to replace Obama with?
