OK, forget about McCain not wanting to shake OBAMA's hand, he doesn't want to shake ANYONE's hand. Watch that video again starting at about 9 seconds. A woman from the 2nd row reaches out to shake his hand and he doesn't move. And did he already shake hands with the people in front? He just does a little jerky wave to everyone.
Bottom line: McCain played "nice" at the close of the debate when he knew the cameras would be watching. Later on, when the focus was not as clear, Obama extended his hand, McCain blew him off.
Really classy.
