You call it redistribution of wealth - I call it making the tax code more progressive...
After all, it's been pretty damn regressive for the past 28 years - dating back to Reagan - so why not increase the taxes on those who get the lion's share of the income?

if we are going to do this, shouldn't the money at least go to only those with college education? you know, go to someone with at least a minimal degree of education.
