"Oakland A's" is a corporate name, AKA Oakland Athletics. Hence, A's could be a contraction of Athletics. And I will not correct a corporation using a name even if they are wrong.
Obama is also criticized for being intelligent.

In some states (mine) you do need a license to be a plumber. Apparently Mr Joe Plumber married into the Keating family. Could be that he is a plant.
I'll bet that you actually only need the license if you're the primary of the business as in the owner or president.
If everyone who's working as a plumber needed a license you'd never get new plumbers since they have to put in several thousand hours to get to the point that they can be licensed (journeyman plumber or master plumber). Our cousin has a plumbers license and it took him a few years to get it by making journeyman and having to pass a rather long test. He has several plumbers working for him UNDER HIS LICENSE which allows them to work without having one until they decide to get one or have the hours/training in.
So for the B.O. crowd to assert that "Joe the plumber" is somehow wrong because he doesn't have one is a false flag being used to try to discredit and direct attention away from the issues at hand.
Somebody explain to me how a canidate can go into a neighborhood looking for people to talk to then runs into a guy who asks a perfectly reasonable question and gets an answer that doesn't really make the canidate look too good to the general public.
So what does the party do? They attack the person asking the question, investigate things that have NOTHING to do with the question or answer and this is the party people are supporting?
How exactly does having a plumbers license or belonging to a union have ANYTHING to do with taxing people?
How exactly does back taxes have ANYTING to do with the question or answer?
Why would a news truck be parked in front of this guys house? Why not Rev Right or Bill Aires?

I'm an independant and was undecided until this event.
McCain is the one who mentioned him first and mentioned him 20 times during the debate. Obama answered the guy's question and left it at that.

What we need is some gullible individuals on this forum to believe you were actually an undecided independent and this one stupid issue changed YOUR WHOLE VOTE.
