That woman's not crazy in the least. She's ignorant and trusting that McCain and Palin, and Hannity and his ilk, have been telling her the truth, with all their "he's not like you and me," "he pals around with terrorists," "he's a Muslim," their TV ads that feature a slight creepy and threatening representation of Obama, etc. What the hell else was she supposed to think? And then McCain tells her she's wrong. She is wrong, of course. But she's wrong because McCain and Palin have wronged her.

Second Video: NOTE that the lady who indicated that Obama is an Arab said that she has READ about OBAMA. She did not say she received the information from McCain/Palin. So McCain and Palin did not wrong her.

That means only that her reading material is reactionary right-wing slander. And her reading material may very well have been McCain campaign material. No reputable publication asserts that Obama is a Muslim.

Nobody here said McCain and Palin told her Obama is an Arab. She is just a product of the right-wing whisper campaign and tinfoil hat crowd. I think there are a lot of members of that crowd on this board.

Why do you spew so much hatred on McCain/Palin when they did not do anything to make this woman think that Obama is an ARAB.
Nobody is saying McCain is putting ads or statements out saying Obama is an Arab, Muslim or terrorist. But they are taking advantage of those rumors by trying to conflate Obama with terrorism by saying he "pals around with terrorists" and "doesn't see America the way we see it."
The smears aren't coming from the campaign, but the campaign is feeding the flames.

Like I said before, there are 2 types of McCain/Palin supporters
1) Those who vote for McCain because they that think he would be the best choice of president for this country.
2) Those who vote for McCain because they think Obama is a threat to the nation.
The McCain Camp was previously quiet about the OBAMA ties but the number 2 group has been pressuring the McCain camp to investigate OBAMA fully and to warn everyone what they have discovered about Obama. You hear this on the radio stations too how they would like the McCain Camp to aggressively look into the Obama's ties before Obama becomes president.
They actually think that it is McCain's responsibility to do this.
