Maybe some of that make-up is seeping into his skull.......

Quote:
Remember last month when Republican presidential nominee John McCain got made up (http://www.usmagazine.com/news/john-mccain-uses-american-idol-makeup-artist - broken link) by the American Idol make-up artist?

Well, it wasn't a one-shot deal. The make-up artist to the wannabe-stars is getting paid beaucoup bucks to make McCain, 72, more telegenic.

Tifanie White, who reportedly has done makeup for the shows "So You Think You Can Dance" and "American Idol," was paid a total of $8,672.55 in September by the McCain-Palin campaign, according to the campaign's latest monthly financial report filed this week with the Federal Election Commission. She was paid $5,583.43 the previous month, records show.

Sorry, John - as one old dude to another, you're wasting your money ... well, your wife's money ... or your campaign's money?

And please guys, no cracks about lipstick on a pig! McCain's having a hard enough time as it is, without us laughing at him.

Yep, Americans do love underdogs.

What would you expect him to say? #$)^*!&#@$^ this campaign $%^)*@% and I'm really peed off that those #W$@#$@& (jumps up and down)

Of course he is going to say this and I don't think he is delusional as much as I think he wants to just go home and take a very long nap.

About as happy as George W. was when he said a few months out from the Iraq war (now what year was that?) that we were "winning" the war. Hmmm.
Lovers of denial tend to seek out the same company.

does anybody think McCain will get a "Pitty" vote? Like 2% of the population will vote for him just because they feel bad for the guy.

SO you actually expect McCain to say "I am NOT happy with the way my campaign is going."

That's an election suicide.

He can say, "I am happy with the way my campaign is going but all of the Obama supporters aren't."

Its delusional because one of his campaign slogans is "Straight Talk".

That would mean it should be more like "well, its been a tough campaign and we're a bit behind and things don't always go perfect, BUT blah blah blah..."

But to say "he is happy about how his campaign is going" just underscores his inability to face the nation with credibility.
