Um, it's already been said that everything bought is going to be donated. That was said this morning on GMA.

Is that a bad thing too????

At least we're not taking the money of those that pay taxes and giving it to those that don't. I find that to be quite a bit more concerning.

Give me a break! You expect us to believe the slightly used designer clothing will make it some homeless shelter?

And I think there are many people making under $250,000 that pay taxes, so I don't know where you are coming from.

This is just too rich. The Campaign now says that they are going to donate all these designer clothing to the homeless. Just peachy.

"Hey! Look at me! I live in a box, but aren't my clothes FABULOUS?"

I think 150k could have been put to better use if they were actually wanting to help.

They were exposed and that is the best thing they could come up with.

Proof where is the proof....I would assume both candidates and their running mates have a clothing allowance..they are in the view of the world and I'd be aghast if they were clothed in a k Mart blue light special or Sears...

face it presidential candidates are not your average American

I came across the below.... room service at hotel...doesn't bother me either

That room service bill at the Waldorf has already been de-bunked. Michelle Obama did not stay there. You have got to keep up!

I know, I know, the Reps can't do anything right. And sure, keep on believing that crap about only if you make above $250k a year, your taxes will go up. And I have a bridge to sell you too.

Who said donating to a homeless shelter - I said it's going to be donated. Actually, I didn't, GMA did. Could be any number of charities. It wasn't said that it would be given to a homeless shelter. OOOOH - we're exposed..... get a grip.

I haven't seen any thing debunking it..that said..I really don't care how much Sarah or Michelle spend on their clothes..they are in the public eye on a world stage....
Cripes I think they took Jackie Kennedy to task for the same thing back in the day

As far as donating the clothes...I don't think they go directly to a homeless shelter, that's insane. they will more then likely be auctioned off with the proceeds going to a charity

Could be, Kate. As I said, it wasn't specific.... Just said they would be donated.
