It seems that everytime Palin screws up an interview, John McCain shows up at the next interview as if he is there to guide her if she says something wrong. Its mind boggling why anyone would want to support that ticket.

It only emphasizes that he is old enough to be her daddy.

Yes, I find that really funny. It's like if I went for a college interview (back in the day), and my Dad came with me, to make sure I didn't say anything too awful.

He HAS to be there because if he's not, she makes a fool of herself and McCain.

What's really pathetic is that it doesn't help.

Did anyone else notice how "ill at ease" Palin and McCain were with each other in that interview? They almost seemed like random strangers pulled in off the street for a Q&A session.

It's because McCain can't stand her and Palin is too oblivious to see it. I bet he doesn't speak 2 words to her on a daily basis. And I bet Cindy is mad as a hornet ... competition!

I am sure it is because the news media likes to twist everything she says like they do. You people make a big deal out of nothing but of course don't say a thing about your messiah Obama. Of course not.

Damage control...limiting collateral damage. The $150K tart is an air head and everyone knows it. She was floated in the cynical republiCON bowl to attract the simple GOP lobotomized women and the drooling, inbred, red state bubbas. In his eye blinking, arm flapping Jack Russel Terrier way he reassures the cabbage-headed rabble, the pie-eyed zealots and FOX noise minions that all is well in the kingdom of "White Is Right!!"
