After what I've seen during the last couple of days from some of the posters here, I cannot agree. Sorry. If supporting Obama means that some people here have to turn to such tactics such as posting that her daughter is "easy", lying about her son's graduation from high school, and inferring that "many" Alaskans are members of the AIP (a terrorist organization, you know)--well, it's been disconcerting.
Yes, I know, "they" have posted this and that about Obama's mother, and "they" have posted ad nauseum about Ayers. But some of the Obama supporters here would serve themselves well if they would take a cue from Obama and take the high road about Palin's children. I can really see how some of their postings here could sway undecided voters right into supporting McCain.
What a nice post Metlakatla. Both sides have been vicious and childish on here, it's pretty sad to me.
I don't consider myself a Bot but as an Obama supporter, if that's what you mean TuborgP(not sure b/c your posts are at times filled with sarcasm), then I agree!
Bots is a name we were given by the righties since we were just robots in their minds drinking kool aid. Rather then fight it some of us adopted it. Yes we Bots are indeed smartbots.
I really believe Bots that we have a shared love and appreciation for each other that radiates in our daily posts of support for Team Obama. I think this shared appreciation and respect we have for each other is a testimony to the depth and breadth of Team Obama and their diverse draw to all Americans. I truly believe that we are a testimony to what is positive in America and that undecided voters can feel our positive aura and contrast it to much of the negativity that is posted by others. Do you agree that as Bots we have a sense of respect for ourselves and others and that some/not all on the other side are very negative and hateful towards much of humankind? Watcha think? Are we positive and are there those on the other side who love negativity and undecideds is that who you want in your political bed?
Now how did I know that dispite my setting them up to look negative in the eyes of undecided voters some of the McCain crew would not be able to resist spilling their venom even if it just confirmed their negativity for undecided voters?
Obama supporters stay positive in here. One of the reasons I started the thread was I knew it would give the opportunity for the remaining undecideds to compare our temperament with that of some McCain posters. I would think they would start their own thread about the strong bond of support they feel for each other and their candidate.
Now how did I know that dispite my setting them up to look negative in the eyes of undecided voters some of the McCain crew would not be able to resist spilling their venom even if it just confirmed their negativity for undecided voters?
And we stroke you also as we love and want everyone to be a full partner in a UNITED States of America under President Obama. We will all need to bond together and actually be in reality the best of what we can be and once again be the beacon of light that the world charts it's course toward in admiration and respect.
Ya, and of course you know that crazy people don't know they're, either...? The democratic idealism is completely wrong, but all of the lemmings love to get screwed over and taxed to death. "let's give the missiah all of our money and he will show us how to spend it!!"
It demo's had a brain, they would be republicans...
Dream on, lemming...
There are those real Americans that love spell check, and those fake Americans who do not. Personally I'd like to see an investigation into who loves spell check, and who does not. I'd love to see the media do an expose on this!
