87-year-old Democrat fears Obama is "going to pull a race war" as president. "We dont' stand a chance with the Black people", she said.
Here's another gem:
"It's hard for a man to make a choice now i'll be honest with you", say 81 year old Clifford Bennett of Shady Springs, "of course god put him that way [black]; he's gonna stay that way."
That is a common mind set of southern older people. Unfortunatly...
It is a generational thought that probably does not have a lot of time left to exist. I am glad to see the country moving in the opposite direction of what this lady "fears"...
I just find it insulting that people on this board refuse to acknowledge the fact that there are tons of people out there that won't vote for Obama just because he LOOKS BLACK.
How many times have certain people refused to acknowledge this?

Not only do they not acknowledge it, but if anyone brings it up, they're accused of playing the race card.

About the same amount of times that other people refuse to acknowledge that many blacks will vote for Obama just because he is black.
I can only hope the people that will vote against Obama because he looks black will be outnumbered by the people that favor his policies and don't care what his skin color happens to be.
