I wonder if the Elitist Michelle Obama would dare to go into a SECOND HAND store and buy clothes?

This is just another reason to Love Sarah Palin as being one of us! WOW!

The REAL story of Sarah Palin clothes:

Sarah Palin's FAVORITE store is a SECOND HAND shop called

OUT OF THE CLOSET.....
...

Out of the Closet Upscale Resale: designer consignment, designer clothing, anchorage, alaska

Her Favorite shoe store is SHOE FLY.......

Shoefly & Hudsons Favorite Shoe

But instead of a Fifth Avenue spending spree, Ms Palin said that the clothes in question were "loaned to us during the (Republican National) Convention. And I don’t think it was anywhere near ... What did they say... $150 grand? It wasn’t anywhere near that.”

She added: “Those are not ours. We give those back, those go to charity or they’ll be auctioned off or whatever. That’s not even my property. So to be criticized for that, that is not who we are."

“It’s kind of painful to be criticized for something when all the facts are not out there and are not reported,” Ms Palin said. “Those clothes are not my property. We had three days of using clothes that the RNC purchased.

"If people knew how Todd and I and our kids shop so frugally.

My favorite shop is a consignment [second-hand] shop in Anchorage, Alaska, called Out of the Closet. And my shoe store is called Shoe Fly in Juneau, Alaska,” she said.

“It’s not.. you know, it’s not Fifth Avenue type of shopping."

You miss the point, as did she. Nobody is critizing sarah palin for this - they are criticizing the entire ticket and the RNC AS A WHOLE for spending $150,000 on her clothing out of campaign funds.

LOLOL!!!

Palin uses a store named "Out of the Closet"??? Hilarious! Is she trying to tell us something?

As to the other stuff she and her family USED the Saks and Nieman Marcus stuff, didn't they? She could've said , "what's good enough for Joe the Plumber's wife is good enough for us."

She didn't.

How can she say it was no where near $150k when there were receipts filed to prove it? What a blatant lie. She just outright lies, all the time, as if people don't see the proof.

I guess she buys her $700 glasses at consignment shops as well...
