What is it? The education system? Something in the water? On the bright side: at least two-thirds of Texans aren't kool-aid drinkers.

Sorry. We're trying here in Austin to get the rest of Texas informed, but it's hard.
You should listen to some of our AM radio stations here.
Look on the bright side. 77% of us get it.

Yes, don't blame it on me either-- I am in Austin too. What is funny is that the stupidest people make the best barbecue. I went out to Llano last weekend to go get some ribs and brisket, and couldn't believe all of the giant McCain signs. Go fig.

Is there any proof that Obama is not Muslim? It would be helpful if you have proof he's not... Obama's father was a Muslim and he endorses his father's views.

I only lived in Texas for a while...so don't blame me.

But would it be so bad if he was Muslim? I mean his father was Muslim, no?

It would bother me more that he was a closet Muslim pretending to be a Christian for the purposes of campaining for Senate and then President.

I'm in Houston, and I believe it. We have people on the radio telling people he's a Muslim (and other things). And in the words of Colin Powell, so what if he is?
