Sorry to burst your bubble - but there was no racism in MBMouse's post.

BTW, talk about classy,,, nice cursing...

Again, here be some entertaining reading for those interested in Obama's 'plan':

OK, than please tell me where he is going to get money to pay for all these "plans" of his? Yes, everyone of these are directly from his web site.

Supports Affordable Housing Trust Fund: Obama has supported efforts to create an Affordable Housing Trust Fund to develop affordable housing in mixed-income neighborhoods.

Fully Fund the Community Development Block Grant: Obama and Biden will fully fund the Community Development Block Grant program and engage with urban leaders across the country to increase resources to the highest-need Americans.

Raise the Minimum Wage to $9.50 an Hour by 2011: Barack Obama and Joe Biden believe that people who work full time should not live in poverty. Even though the minimum wage will rise to $7.25 an hour by 2009, the minimum wage's real purchasing power will still be below what it was in 1968. As president, Obama will further raise the minimum wage to $9.50 an hour by 2011, index it to inflation and increase the Earned Income Tax Credit to make sure that full-time workers can earn a living wage that allows them to raise their families and pay for basic needs such as food, transportation, and housing - things so many people take for granted.

My thought on this one. The only thing this will accomplish is rising the prices of everything everyone needs or consumes.

Establish 20 Promise Neighborhoods: Obama and Biden will create 20 Promise Neighborhoods in areas that have high levels of poverty and crime and low levels of student academic achievement in cities across the nation. The Promise Neighborhoods will be modeled after the Harlem Children's Zone, which provides a full network of services, including early childhood education, youth violence prevention efforts and after-school activities, to an entire neighborhood from birth to college.

JOBS
Expand Transitional Jobs and Career Pathways Programs: Barack Obama and Joe Biden believe that all
Americans who want to work should not only be able to gain meaningful employment, but should also be able
to move up the career ladder to further support their families. Obama and Biden will invest $1 billion over five
years in transitional jobs and career pathways programs that implement proven methods of helping low-income
Americans succeed in the workforce. This investment will be coupled with other measures to encourage the
private sector, and state and local governments, to increase their support of these effective employment
programs.

Ok, lets call this what it is, I know exactly how he will accomplish this. The exact same way he accomplished getting low income, bad debt people mortgages, by suing the banks for claiming that the real reason they didn't get the mortgage was because they were of a minority. They called them sub-prime mortgages, yea look at our economy now because of that forcing banks to do things they don't want to. Sure, force employers give raises to people based on the state of their bank account at the time they were hired, whether they can do the job or not.

Increase Access to Capital in Underserved Communities: Access to capital is critically important to the
development of businesses. Yet there has been a growing gap between the amounts of venture capital and
access to business loans available to minority-owned small businesses compared to other small businesses.
Less than 1 percent of the $250 billion in venture capital dollars invested annually nationwide has been directed
to the country's 4.4 million minority business owners. A recent study found that minority business owners,
even if they have the same characteristics as other business owners, are significantly denied credit more
frequently and required to pay higher interest rates than white applicants. To compound this problem, in recent
years there has been a significant decline in the share of Small Business Investment Company financings that
have gone to minority-owned and women-owned businesses. In order to increase their size, capacity, and
ability to do business with the federal government and to compete in the open market, minority firms need
greater access to venture capital investment, as well as greater access to business loans. Barack Obama and Joe
Biden will strengthen Small Business Administration programs that provide capital to minority-owned
businesses, support outreach programs that help minority business owners apply for loans, and work to
encourage the growth and capacity of minority firms.

If anyone has ever talked to the SBA, you will know that the first thing they will find out before you even discuss the amount of money you need, is your credit score and the values of all your assets. No collateral, no money. The way this plan reads is that if you are a poor minority, they will force SBA to give you money or face being sued.

Improve Transportation Access to Jobs: Three quarters of welfare recipients live in areas that are poorly
served by public transportation and low-income workers spend up to 36 percent of their incomes on
transportation. Barack Obama and Joe Biden will work to eliminate transportation disparities. Obama and
Biden will double the federal Jobs Access and Reverse Commute program to ensure that additional federal
public transportation dollars flow to the highest-need communities and that urban planning initiatives take this
aspect of transportation policy into account.

So only public transportation funs will now have to be used in the projects, all you other cities with rising populations, sorry.

I could spend all night clipping these things directly from Obama and Bidens "plan" and equate how he has accomplished similar in the past and know that my money and yours and the rest of American hard working folks will have to pay for all these plans aimed ONLY at the poor minority in this country.
Doesn't matter if I do show you in black and white, direct from Obamas pen, you still won't believe anything but the hype and "we need change" jargon.

If you can write something like this:

"Ok, lets call this what it is, I know exactly how he will accomplish this. Never mind. Nothing I would reply would make any difference whatsoever.

National economic plans are complex. You want a simple plan, that will make you feel good about yourself in the moment, that will be a metaphorical pat-on-the-head? That will assure you that the poor and the middle class will be thrown under the bus? That your President is going to "spread the wealth" all the way to your bank account? Vote for McCain and Palin--they'll tell you all you want to hear. In one sentence or less. All wrapped up and ready to go.

Believe what you want to believe about Obama. You've already made up your mind, anyway.

LOL! Your funny, arrogant as can be, but still funny.
I show you exactly what his plans are and base on fact how he accomplished similar things in the past and this is all you have to say? Insulting my intelligence. Nice.
