A couple more attempts by the GOP at voter suppression go by the board..good for this judge.

A Pennsylvania state judge Thursday effectively left it up to the counties to decide if voters can wear partisan attire to the polls and refused to clamp down on the voter registration group ACORN as the state Republican Party had sought.

Good for PA.

It's funny seeing the RNC wasting all its money on these frivolous lawsuits. I just hope they are required to reimburse the states for their costs.

Yeah, the hypocritical GOP..always complaining about frivolous lawsuits but when election time rolls around they file one right after another in an attempt to suppress turnout.

I'll agree the first one is frivilous, the second one though needs reviews. If it was so frivolous, ACORN would not have their offices being raided..

This is how they won in 2000 and 2004 and why they think they can win Pennsylvania and other battleground states this year.

Yup--every time I hear someone acting all self righteous about the money the Obama campaign spends on ads, I point out that ads actually accomplish a goal... but blowing money on frivolous lawsuits and designer clothes is nothing but a waste.
