He claims to have a plan to solve the economic woes, to catch bid laden, and to win the wars, but he just won't tell us what his plan is because he doesn't actually have one.

Remember, he wants to buy up all the bad mortgages at book value so the taxpayer can take the loss, because, he's a maverick.
