Neither. And I think a better descriptive word is "supporters" not "fans". Makes them look like rock stars.

I'll be going to Starbucks and telling them I voted so that they can give themselves a pat on the back for civic responsibility which I could care less about on their part. I just want my free cup of java.

For toasting Obama: A selection of hand crafted brews, one from each swing state. I'd pick ones named "Celebration," "Victory Brew," etc.

For toasting McCain: "Better Luck Next Time," from Buffalo Bill, "Old Scratch" from Flying Dog, or maybe "Jinx" from Magic Hat. I think Flying Dog has a brew called "Road Kill," too, but maybe that isn't the right choice for a toast...

For toasting my fellow CD-posters: "Raison D'être," brewed by Dogfish Head, is a fantastic beer, and definitely appropriate. After all, for some of us this forum has seemed like a raison d'être!

Well, no matter which buttheads you choose, you can toast them while drinking "Butthead" beer. It's brewed by Tommyknockers.

You'll never hear a McCain supporter say "I'll get this round", they are just too selfish.

I don't drink anything in can so I'd most likely have to decline having a beverage with the McCain supporters.

Hmmm. Maybe some McCain "supporters" are suffering from Delirium Tremens.

Also a good beer of the same name:

Delirium Tremens - Brouwerij Huyghe - BeerAdvocate

Even though I disagree with Obama making a good President it doesn't mean that I dislike anyone here in C-D that is a Obama supporter.

We're all human beings and are entitled to our own views and opinions.

Whomever wins the election on 11-4-08 - I will give him credit when he does something good as well to voice out when he does something I don't like.

That's the way it ought to be IMO.
