Wow is all I can say.
As with so many rightwing 'morality' issues, 'pro-life' often is a stance of convenience.

If it were a family member of McCain or Palin who had died, they would show respect and reverence.

I hope Mrs Dunham was comforted by Obama's visit during her last days and that even though she's gone she knows that her grandson will handle tomorrow with dignity and courage, no matter what the future holds.

however , in answer to the crass use of her death to try to make a political point I stood by my original opinion that she was not his main reason for going to Hawaii , he was there to cover up / gloss over his birth records being fishy.
If anything she was an excuse to go do that.

How very sad for Obama that he lost his grandmother so close to his victory.

And how very sad for humanity that there are people who would exploit the loss of somebody's beloved grandmother by continuing to say negative things.

Folks, you just don't win votes for your candidate by being a jerk when someone has died.

God people. Must you really be arguing like this in a thread about somebody dying?

It would have been great if she would have seen Obama become president before she died. RIP.
