From the way I read it, it seemed you were saying Vote McCain so you can get rid of Socialist Obama..and get rid of his wacko friend when he kills himself.
If that's what you meant..then I stand by my statement.
p.s. I probably do need anger management.
Um, isnt the point of this whole election is, vote Obama, get rid of McCain/Bush? Why would the opposite not apply, vote McCain, get rid of Obama? Thats kind of what elections are about.
Wow... I thought I had heard some crazy stuff during this election... but here's a first...
I was having a conversation with this guy about the election and I asked him what he thought would happen...
He got really weird and started saying that Obama just better win... if he doesn't win he wants to kill himself... I thought he was joking but he kept saying it..
I asked him if he was messing with me and he started crying....
This guy isn't a great friend, but I felt really bad for him. He must be hurting if he's putting so much on this. I hope he's just emotional...
I changed the subject and left pretty quickly. My wife called his wife and told her what happened. She didn't seem to concerned.
If he's a true friend, call his wife and arrange that he be detained until he can get some psychological help. Even if Obama wins.
Your friend sounds like he is running on a lean mixture.

Poor guy, I wonder how he will feel after Obama wins, and nothing changes that he probably hopes for. He really will need help then. Keep an eye on him, after the election. It's so sad to hear all of these people sound so desperate for help, that will never come, unless they make an effort to help themselves. It doesn't matter much, which of these 2 candidates wins. Things will go on, in pretty much the same old way. There is no magical messiah, on either side. I'm so glad I haven't pinned my hopes on either of them. I have a feeling there will be great depresson on both sides--one, because their man lost--the other, because he turns out to be an "ordinary" politician. instead of a "Shining Knight on a white charger.
First off, the friend needs to seek professional help.
Anyone contemplating this, this is the difference between Obama's Country and McCain's Capitalist Country. Obama will have his own CIVILIAN MILITARY as strong as the US military.
Where do you people get this stuff? The Brothers Grimm?
