What will they do now? When the greatest barrier is breached, what's left?

That's what I said.
I was listening to Howard the other day and they said perhaps Sharpton will have to get ready to take up for the disenfranchised future minority white man

Be not afraid.

And do keep in mind that Jackson, Sharpton and Obama have very little in common.

If they're both out of work that would be the only good thing that could come out of Obama's presidency.

This is the beginning of a whole new era for African Americans. A very large part of the race relations problems have been perceived racism that doesn't always really exist. Now there is NO excuse for any black person in this country to not take responsibility for whether they succeed or fail in life. I think Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton will shift their focus towards personal responsibility and accountability within the African American community. I think their focus will be more on empowerment through self improvement and accountability now.

Whether you support Obama or not...him winning will do more for race relations than anything else ever has in history.

Since they are reverends, maybe they should find some people and pray with them, help the poor by working in soup kitchens, delivering to shut ins, offering prayer service for those that cannot attend. Maybe they should start living the pious life of a preacher and devote themselves to helping people, ALL people.

THIS IS WHAT THEY SHOULD DO!!!!!!
