Give it up and move on. You do not prosecute a President because you do not agree with his stance on war. To do so would weaken this country immensely in the eyes of our enemies. The left has undermined America in regards to the war just as much as the Bush mistakes have. He is leaving office in just over two months. For your sanity, let it go.

Dems want to impeach GWB because the republican impeached Clinton.
The Republicans impeached Clinton because the Dems Borked Bork and pursued Ronald Reagan over Iran Contra.

I'll venture that you were one of those screaming for Clinton to be impeached over a BJ, but give a free pass for starting a war based solely on lies and revenge.
We have unfinished business to take care of now - namely the impeachment of G W Bush!
Impeachment would still leave unfinished business...indictment and imprisonment would tidy things up. This will not happen as Bush has purchased a huge amount of land in Paraguay to retire to and Cheney will mosty likely hang out in Dubai for awhile.
