well, regardless, from my interactions w/ foreigners, they were more pro-Obama than pro-McCain. the impression I got from the ones I've talked to was along the lines of "I hope you don't elect another Bush" or "I hope you vote right this time". McCain didn't strike me as being as popular overseas (I know, it doesn't matter that much to some since people overseas aren't voting for our president, but it does say somethings about a 3rd party's view of him)

Errh, no ... read it again. Its not Obama per se, but that we as Americans are smart enough (well most of us) not to go for warmongering and religious nuttiness a third time.

Yea but it means lots of free drinks and willing Eurobabes.

That's the benefit of being shallow.

I do care about the feedback for the sake of strengthening our country, not for the sake of approval. The fact you don't understand that means you must lying about running a small business.

That a pretty basic notion. Its what you do with that feedback. You take that feedback into consideration on policies. The world is smaller now, and we need cooperation between countries at the government and citizens level. And before some idiot comes along and says so we are letting foreign countries run our country, please use your common sense before making that statement. You analyze that feedback.

You should have pointed out the alternative to them... G--- and K----.

What feedback then do you give to them based on their leaders?
