A teacher reprimanding a young student such as in this case because they support what their parents do most certainly is demeaning the look on the child's face of confusion says it all.

Touchy? What does the teacher's race have to do with anything? I woldn't have known the teacher was black if it were not for that comment, as I can't watch videos on my computer.

Did you pull that out of your _ _ _ ???

So what he said black. Is she not black? Did the poster lie? Was it politcally incorrect to say black?

Oh in that case the teacher is black. Not skinny but not fat. She wears glasses and has sort hair!

What's the relevance of the teacher's race?

Well, the OP believes that most blacks voted for Obama just becasue he was black, without taking into account the amount of black voters who vote for Democratic presidential candidates in the past.

So the OP was probably just trying to prove that since the teacher was black, that she would automatically speak out against McCain.

Either way, the teacher was wrong for doing that - no matter what her race was.

She is hardly the rarity. The school system is super liberal and indoctrinates the children.

First of all, why do we have educators using the word "axed". It is A S K. Not a tool to chop wood.

The teacher was caught on video doing what who knows how many teachers have been doing recently. With all the voting going on in schools this year, I wonder how many kids were not on the receiving end of some teacher spouting off about their own political beliefs.

My son came home saying he voted for Obama before I ever told him I was voting for Obama, but he couldn't explain why.

This could have been a teacher doing something just as stupid to a kid who supported Obama.

That is why a big deal is not being made of it.

What kind of teacher would say this to a soldier's daughter? She is an idiot. I hope she knows it by now.
