Bush actually got a higher percentage of votes in 2004 (50.7%) than Clinton did in 1996 (49.24%).

Reminds me of prop 8 as they are now protesting in the streets and blocking traffic. Can you imagine if the repubs went to the streets? Give it up.

The disgrunteled Republicans here are funny. Bush SUCKED and that's one of the many reasons why yoru party lost (that and McCain had a horrible campaign and chose a fool of a running mate.)

We FINALLY have an intelligent, articulate, leader we can be proud of. The rest of the world finally has reason to beleive in the US again.

SHUT up and give the guy a chance. Guess what, I gave Bush a chance in '00 (and I was GROSSLY disappointed... but I gave him a chance.)

You all just sound like a bunch of spoiled, pathetic, whining children. It's amusing actually.

Since most repubs are CHICKENhawks I highly doubt they would "go into the streets".....maybe "hide behind their sofas" would be more like it.

Nine living relatives, including myself, served in the military in war and we voted for McCain. I don't think we count as chickenhawks.

Nope, but you were talking stupid. Your blanket statement of "most repubs are chickenhawks" was where you were talking stupid. The average conservative and republican are willing to serve their country either in the military, police, or firefighter. So quit being stuck on stupid.
